    Grill'n Again!

Posted by Steve on 29th Jun 2015

After ten great years, it was time to replace all my burner valves. I placed my order late on a Friday and had them by the following Wednesday. It took less than a hour to install and got back to my favorite year round pastime of grill'n! Also, price and customer service was the best!

Valve does not work on old Brahma grills

Posted by Kazuo Honda on 30th Apr 2014

Ordered 2 valves as one of my valves in a 9 year old grill was going bad (one spare). When I installed the valve, it did not fit. Bull Outdoor had changed the diameter of the manifold in their BBQ, and the new valves are made to fit the new manifolds. Carddine, was able to locate some old valves. Good for now, but maybe out of luck in the future. (all new valves, manifold etc... if I have issues in the future or a new grill)

Now I have a grill that rocks!

Posted by Alex Landry on 23rd Sep 2013

This new valve is the key to my bbq working like a charm. If you have an older unit, like I do, and the gas just isn't coming on strongly, and flowing forcefully, this might be your solution. Was easy to install as well.

    Nice replacement

Takes a little work to install. Remove all the bezels that are behind the knobs, remove the four screws that hold the front stainless piece on, remove the screw from the bottom of the valve that holds the clamp on which secures the valve to the feeder pipe pry off the valve install the new valve with the new o ring, it has a little notch to line up the form fitted o ring. Reinstall clamp and screw that secures the valve, leave the valve a little loose to adjust when reinstalling the bezel pieces however you must remember to finish tightening that clamp screw after reinstalling.
